Sons of Allen

The mantra is encapsulated in the story recorded in John 1:41-42, stating, “Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard John’s witness and followed Jesus.” The first thing he did after finding where Jesus lived was find his own brother, Simon, telling him, “We’ve found the Messiah” (that is, “Christ”). He immediately led him to Jesus.

On this basis, this ministry is created for men, both clergy and lay, who serve to address the needs of brothers faced with spiritual, social, political, or even psychological challenges by living out the vision of:

  • Leading men to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
  • Cultivating the disciplines of prayer, evangelism, Christian stewardship, and Christian spiritual and social services.
  • Teaching the history, beliefs, and liturgy of the Church
  • Fostering Christian worship and Bible Study
  • Equipping leaders and role models to minister to youth in the church and community
  • Encouraging men to become witnesses for Christ in their daily lives and occupations.
