Dearest Harvest Family and Friends:

First and foremost, we pray you and your family are safe and well.  I am cognizant there are many questions regarding our position on in-person worship and appropriate precautionary measures during this health crisis.  We are a Connectional Church and are governed by our Presiding Prelate of the 11th Episcopal District, Bishop Adam J. Richardson, Jr.  Out of concern and safety for everyone the decision was made to suspend in-person worship services including the ten (10) or less modified worship services until it is deemed prudent and safe for us to return to the sanctuary.  During this season of self-isolation, we ask that you continue to observe the precautionary measures provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Cognizant that information is fluid we encourage you to consult the CDC's website for the latest information.

Below are some best practices and precautionary measures we propose as a courtesy for inclusion into your daily routine:

  • Stay home if you are feeling sick.
  • Wash your hands frequently. *Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
  • Disinfect surfaces used regularly.
  • Use hand sanitizer with at least 70% alcohol content.
  • Avoid close contact with someone who is sick.
  • Do not travel while sick.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
